Sharks land sponsorship deal with Skins

The deal will see the Sharks wearing Skins

for the next 3 years. The deal is a testiment

to the hard work of the team.

Sharks end season with a defeat against Worcester.

After winning the North League and the Championship cup, the Sharks knew they were in with a shot of making their

Premiership dreams come true. With a play off against Worcester on netural turf in Derby, they went with their heads held

high and proud of their achievments through out the season. With a strong line up, and some good players not even

making selection they put out their most favourable line up. The first 40 mins of the game just didnt go their way. Worcester punished, with big hits and speed and broke the defensive line. However the Sharks never gave up and going in to the second half were confident they could pull it back. Second half saw the Sharks play in their all to familiar sytle. With some jaw dropping moves the team started to flow. They started hitting hard and making breaks that Worcester found difficult to deal with. After bringing the scores closer Worcester made a break and with a crucial error from the ref were gifted another try allowing the game to be put out of reach of the Sharks. It was a battle to the end which ended 18 - 07 to Worcester. With all contreversial decissions put aside the Sharks would like to wish Worcester all the best for next season. If they are destined for the Premiership the Sharks need to find that little bit extra in their game which only hard work and dedication will solve and knowing the team they will all, with out question, do what it takes to make sure when they get the oppertunity next year, they will be able to take it.

From the supporters

It was an honour to stand by our team

against Worcester. You did us proud and

yourslves proud on this occasion it was not

to be, but you proved you can play in the

Premiership and your game is good enough

to compete. We look forward to supporting

you next year xx
