DMPRFC Family Funday 2008 (Supporting the Great North Air Ambulance)

Sunday 7th September from 12.30pm

After the great success of last years 'Funday', raising over £4,500 for the GNAA - It is back! By popular demand.

We will be hosting a Men V's Women Rugby Match again and to do so WE NEED YOU!
This is an amateur game full of laughs!

Women - training begins Wednesday 14th May at 7.30pm - once a week for an hour.(Must be 18 or over)
Men - you are not required to train but if you wish to take part please inform Billy Parks Team Captain 07837 417693 (Must be 30 or over)

We are not just looking for players but for volunteers! There are various events and entertainment taking place throughout the day and if you can give of your time, please contact us, we would be grateful of your support.

We cannot stress enough that the game, although we play to win LADIES and we did so last year, is not taken too seriously and that the whole day will be fun for all! Even the training is fun and you can get fit and meet new people.

We understand not everyone can be there on the day, if you would like to make a donation in your absence please do contact us.

Finally we would like to make a plea for sponsors! We were very grateful to the businesses and individuals that sponsored last years event as there are expenses incurred to hold the 'Funday' and sponsors help to cover these costs.
